Reporting a size error
A clear report is the fastest way to get a table fixed. Please include:
- The page and language (for example, Men's clothing, English)
- The Korean size you converted (for example, 100, 245 mm or 13호)
- The brand or product, and what the seller's own chart says
- The measurement you took (chest in cm, foot length in mm, ring inner diameter in mm, and so on)
- The result you expected and the result the page showed
What we cannot help with
KoreanSizes does not provide personalised sizing advice. We cannot tell you which size to order from a particular shop; the seller's size chart, measured figures and return policy are the right tools for that decision.
We do not sell anything and have no phone number or postal address. Please do not include order numbers, payment details or other personal information in your e-mail.
